Now that you have decided to purchase a property, you will need to choose a lender. I want to recommend that you do not use an on-line lender. The details regarding the type of loan and the terms of the loan package are much to complicated to leave to a faceless stranger. Choose someone who has been in the business for a while, understands the complexities of the market, and can sit down with you to go over your options in person.
